STATE OF NEVADA LIVESTOCK REQUIREMENTS
Must
have current brand inspection and/or must have documents that
adequately identify your animal and proof of ownership. Must have
current Livestock Health Certificate issued by your vet showing
horse is in good health, free of disease. A Coggins Test performed
in the last 6 months is required on horses.
All horses EXITING (leaving) the state are required
to have with them a current, valid brand inspection certificate
issued by the State of Nevada if you do not have a valid brand
inspection, (hauling card) from your home state. The fee is $10 for
the first horse and $3 after for additional horses, for further

American West
will be paying an "Open Average" at the
UTAH
Classic AND THE CEDAR CITY CLASSIC! $500 will be added to the Average
Payout along with $5 from each Open Entry over the
three day event. The "Open Average Payout"
will be given in place of Class Awards. You
must enter all three days of the Open Class to be
eligible for the payout which will be in a 5D
Format.WPRA

Classic. and the 2009 American West Finals.

American West 4D Classic Races Offer Thoroughbred Owners and
Riders New Recognition Opportunities

The North American Thoroughbred
Society (NATBS), a company that promotes the interests of Jockey
Club-registered North American Thoroughbreds, today announced
that it is teaming with the American West 4D barrel racing
association to recognize Thoroughbreds who compete in American
West 4D Classic barrel races. American West members who own or
ride Jockey Club-registered Thoroughbreds can count points
earned in barrel racing competitions toward NATBS’ North
